Before I purchased the vehicle that day, the service department took care of the brakes and a recall item to make sure my vehicle was in its best condition for me to buy. Justin and Hope took care of the sale and loan details, and I found them to be honest, friendly, and great communicators. I even had great interactions with the individual in the parts and accessories department who took my order, called me when the accessories came in, and even carried them out to my vehicle for me. This was my first time shopping at Ken Nelson Auto, and I was highly satisfied. I know I will purchase all my future vehicles from Ken Nelson if they continue to maintain this level of excellence. We need more car dealerships like this one.
